RULES 1. Don't get caught with drugs. Quite frankly, I don't give a shit what you do to have a good time, but if the cops or the school shows up banging on our door, don't you dare get caught. 2. Be respectful of your fellow brothers. I understand we get playful, and we like to make jokes and that's fine as long as it's done in good taste. We're family though, don't ever forget what our brotherhood means. Also don't fuck in anyone's bed. We had this problem last year, and it's funny I get it, but unless they're pledges or they tell you that you can, lets try to keep to our own beds. 3. Help out around the house. Don't be a lazy scumbag and force me to make a damn chore list. It's really simple just pick up after yourself, wash dishes once and a while, help clean up after parties, and keep the house from smelling like vomit. Most of us are trying to get laid in here people, I'd like to bring girls back to a home that smells like a place they want to get naked in. 4. Pee IN the toilet. Not around it, not playing target practice at something on the floor, just in the toilet bowl please. 5. Keep the beer stocked. If you see less then a six pack, buy at least a 12, or don't drink beer. It's not hard to pitch in, and it'll keep us from depleting the funds we already lack when we throw parties. 6. You are signed up for any and all fund raising activities we hold. As a brother you must help us keep our money, regardless of what we have to do to get it. If it means I have to sell all of us at a date auction well you're going to be there. If you're taken you better hope your girlfriend buys you. 7. Keep your grades up. I don't care about this one, but I HAVE to because of the school. So like....Do what you have to do to stay here okay? 8. Ascots on the door if you're getting busy. If tied wrong your room is FFA! This rule isn't up for discussion, this is the way it is, we are CLASSY here okay. Learn how to do it. NOTE FROM THE PRESIDENT As always, just like every year, the rules are strict guidelines you'll be asked to follow while you stay in the house. You're all subject to punishment for any rule breaking, but as you are all my brothers it will take a colossal, (And I mean like killing someone) fuck up to get kicked out. That's not to say we won't put your ass on beer duty and stick you in the damn basement if you piss me off too much. That being said, there's not a lot of things that make me mad, nor a lot of rules to follow, so lets focus on having a good time yeah? If I feel I missed anything, or you guys do let me know and I'll fix it. This list is subject to change at any point, but I'll let you know if I make any changes.
